Comprehensive after sales care is of paramount importance for peace of mind to all of our customers, with the aid of careful planning to ensure seamless co-ordination from the machine installation to software training and ongoing support.

When purchasing a machine, customers can be sure to receive our ongoing support, the installation would be carried out by our own Engineers, who are trained

to the highest standard and regularly attend refresher courses ensuring they are completely up to date with all latest innovations. Software training is given to customers at our purpose built classroom near Leeds.

Should our customers suffer any problems with the running of their machine(s), in the first instance we would offer free telephone support from our highly skilled Engineers and break downs are usually attended on customers site within the same or next working day, if a problem cannot be resolved over the telephone.
  



Customers have the option to take out a service contract with ourselves. This offers regular services on existing machinery at a reduced rate. Machine Sales database will alert our Service Manager prior to each service being due, who will then contact the customer to arrange a convenient time to carry out the service.

Machine Sales have a large stock-holding of the most
commonly required spare parts which can be despatched immediately. We also have access to our supplier’s stock situation, to assist us with instant and urgent spare parts requests.
